豊殿デマンド車 ひだまり号
地域の交通手段が減っていくなか、自動車の交通手段を持てない方のために、地域での相互互助での移動手段が必要になりました。
豊殿まちづくり協議会では新しくオンデマンド移動送迎を整備しました。
「ひだまり号」は地域の皆様の自治会負担金・赤い羽根共同募金の助成金•利用者の協力金により支えられています。
より多くの皆様のご利用をお願いします。
運行方法
1.利用したい日の前日までに下記電話に予約してください。
2.運行エリアは豊殿地区内(湯楽里館、真田の湯、JA 上田東支所 含む)が原則です。
3.予約方法と乗車方法
① 070-7656-0030に電話してください。
（予約は月曜～金曜： 9 時～ 16 時の間）
② 氏名と地区名、住所と電話番号を言って下さい。
③ 乗車したい日時と人数・目的地を言って下さい。
④ 帰りも利用するときは、おおよその時間を予約して下さい。
4.車が玄関まで迎えにいき、目的地へお送りし、往復もします。
運行日・運行時間
1 ．オンデマンド運行開始は令和3 年12 月1 日（事前予約制）。
2 ．運行曜日は、月曜日～金曜日です。
3 ．運行時間は、午前9:00~午後4:00
4 ．対象者は、地区内の交通弱者の皆様 （高齢者の方優先）
5. 1 戸当たり年間1,000 円の御負担によって、乗車賃は無料。
＊利用し易くしますので今後もご負担を宜しくお願いします。
（ぜひ乗車の際は運営のための任意の協力金をお願いします。）
お願い・約束事
1 ．安全第一の運行の為、到着時間は遅れる事があります。
2 ．定員3 名で、それ以上のときには待ってもらい、往復します。
3 ．予約が重なった場合、時間の変更をお願いします。
4 ．車内での飲食はしないでください。
5 ．コロナ感染予防の為、必ずマスクを着用し会話を控えてください。
6 ．荷物の積み下ろしをお手伝いします。
