豊殿デマンド車 ひだまり号
豊殿まちづくり協議会の下部組織としての豊殿デマンド車運営委員会では、
自動車等での交通手段を持てない方の為に、地域内における気軽な移動手段として、
オンデマンド移動送迎車「ひだまり号」を運営しています。
この事業は地域の皆様の自治会負担金、県の元気づくり支援金、赤い羽根共同募金の助成金、利用者の協力金により支えられています。
より多くの皆様のご利用をお待ちしています。お気軽に下記にお電話ください。
《運行方法》
1.利用したい日の前日までに下記電話に予約してください。
2.運行エリアは豊殿地区内と湯楽里館、真田の湯、JA 上田東支所 、大屋駅を
原則とします。
3.予約方法と乗車方法は、
① 070-7656-0030 に電話してください。
（予約は祭日を除く、月曜～金曜： 9 時～ 16 時の間）
② 氏名と地区名、住所と電話番号を言って下さい。
③ 乗車した い日時と人数・目的地を言って下さい。
④ 帰りも利用するときは、おおよその時間を予約するか、状況を電話して下さい。
4.車が玄関まで迎えにいき、目的地へお送りし、少しお待ちして往復もします。
運行日・運行時間
1 ．オンデマンド運行開始は令和3 年12 月1 日 でした。（事前予約制）
2 ．運行日は、祭日を除く、月曜日～金曜日。
3 ．運行時間は、午前9:00~午後4:00 の間
4 ．対象者は、地区内の交通弱者の皆様 （ 高齢者の方優先 ）
5. 1 戸当たり年間1,000 円の御負担によって、乗車賃は無料ですが、任意の協力金をお願いしています。
※利用し易くしますので今後も各戸負担を宜しくお願いします。
※ぜひ乗車の際は運営のための任意の協力金をお願いします。
お願い・約束事
1 ．安全第一の運行の為、到着時間は遅れる事があります。
2 ．定員3 名で、それ以上のときには待ってもらい、往復します。
3 ．予約が重なった場合、時間の変更をお願いします。
4 ．車内での飲食はしないでください。
5 ．荷物の積み下ろしをお手伝いします。
７．運転手を常時募集しています、女性も大歓迎です。
